Accentia Technologies have cheated their employees who were working for them for number of years. Accentia has not paid their employees' Salary for many months apart from Gratuity, Leave Encashment and PF (Provident Fund)
Many of the employees have filed a complaint against Accentia Technologies Private Limited in Bangalore Court and is demanding Justice under Instrument Negotiation Act for the cheque bouncing issue as they issued cheques and which bounced for 'N' number of times in Axis Bank.
Pradeep Vishwambaran so called CEO of Accentia Technologies Private Limited was dragged to court after multiple hearings in court for which he was not present. Pradeep Vishwambaran agreed to pay and signed all the legal formalities paper in front of Judge, but as usual he again cheated and did not paid the employees.
Pradeep Vishwambaran when asked about dues clearance, he only have a standard reason. He states that EXIM bank is going to pay them the amount and all the formalities have been done, they will receive that amount shortly and he will clear all the dues of employees.
Sounds Funny. The question is why will EXIM Bank pay to Accentia Technologies Private Limited when the company has shut down in Bangalore, Hyderabad, but they are running the company in Kerala, not sure how people are working there without salaries.
I must say, if every Tom, Dick and Harry starts becoming entrepreneurs and CEOs, people working for their companies will ruin their career and their time spent in that particular company.
CEO like Pradeep Vishwambaran should strategies like implementing Plan B & C, if Plan A does not fail and stop giving their employees reasons for not paying their salary on time.
